No Horny Penguins Here

It’s hard not to look at the stats provided by WordPress.com about the hits your site generates (I’m slowly approaching the 10,000 marker… which means I’m above 9,000).  I do it all the time.

I’m still waiting for my first hit from Planet Gallifrey… some day.

What I rarely do, is look at the details as to what terms these people are loading into search engines that lead them to my site.  Mostly I don’t look because this wasn’t always a feature that was made available to me.

And also because almost all of them are some variation of “Jim Martin” and “Huge-ass pumpkin.”

So, you could imagine my horror when I discovered that one of my hits came from someone looking for “horny penguins.”

Can’t you just sense the smoldering sexual tension between these two?

I’ve done the search myself.  If one is inclined to find pictures of penguins getting nasty, there are pictures available.

Dr. Who has apparently already located those sites.

But not on my site.  My site is penguin porn free.  Always has been.  Always will be.

Of course, things change. Up to now this site has also been free of Ron Jeremy references…

So, let me make this clear in no uncertain terms.  This site is not a purveyor of penguin filth.  We do not cozy up to the worst elements of society.

You heard me, Karl Rove. You can just walk away now.

This site is-and always has been-about purity, freedom and the American Dream.

And Batman cowboy hats.

We are not about such deviant things as penguin lust.

That’s more of a Berkeley Breathed kind of thing.

Thank you for your time.  I’d like to announce that to celebrate my 10,000th post I may be persuaded to include a post of penguin’s doing it Antarctic style.  Use the comment section if that appeals.
